Arthur Epstein, Phoenix, Arizona
Following an early career as a public accountant, Mr. Epstein shifted his focus by forming the sales and promotion company, Domino Promotions, Ltd. Mr. Epstein and his wife built Domino into one of the largest promotion agencies in the country, with clients that included Chemical Bank, Citibank, Bank of New York, Nikon, and Canon.
In addition, Mr. Epstein developed a nationally acclaimed training program, B.O.S.S. (Basics of Sales Success), which was utilized throughout the U.S. He has been active on various boards including the Long Island Autism Association. Mr. Epstein's knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies provides RescueVoice with a clear understanding of how to successfully launch and grow the product in the marketplace.
Jeff Hansen, Anthem, Arizona
Jeff Hansen spent 21 years with Apple Computers in numerous sales and product training positions, including National Sales Manager and Director or Sales. For ten years until his retirement in 2006, Mr. Hansen was the Senior Director of Channel Sales for Apple, where his role was to manage sales and marketing strategies for distributors, business resellers and federal distribution.
Mr. Hansen's experience as a computer programmer and systems analyst with the U.S. Navy, along with his prior work objectives at Apple to increase sales, reduce expenses, enhance channel marketing and distribution programs, and address issues of strategic importance, makes him a key member of the RescueVoice advisory board.
Sean Riley, Kirkland, Washington
Sean Riley is the Founder and President of Safe Call Now, a non-profit organization that provides crisis intervention for public safety employees and their families, as well as for civilian staff and their families.
Mr. Riley has been a San Diego County Deputy Sheriff and has spent over 16 years with the Kirkland, Washington Police Department. He is a member of the International Homicide Investigator's Association, and was a Homicide and Sexual Assault Detective, during which he solved one of the first elder abuse homicide cases in the U.S. Mr. Riley's experience as a public safety officer brings valuable insight to RescueVoice about how first responders can best aid victims in emergency situations.
John Sinclair, Ellensburg, Washington
John Sinclair is the Fire Chief of Kittitas Valley Fire Rescue, and the Emergency Manager for the City of Ellensburg, in Washington State. He has spent the past 30 years learning the craft and science of fire suppression, EMS, and emergency management.
Mr. Sinclair is also the International Director of the IAFC's (International Association of Fire Chiefs) Emergency Medical Services section as an expert in EMS systems other operations. He serves on boards of directors for the Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, along with advisory boards of the Fire and Emergency Television Network (FETN), and Tacoma Community College and Central Washington University's paramedic programs.
He a published author, a nationally recognized speaker, consultant and expert witness. Mr. Sinclair advises RescueVoice on first responder issues and provides support and guidance for the achievement of the company's mission statement and objective of saving lives.
