RESCUEVOICE, LLC RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel a Primary User's, Secondary User's or additional account's service by giving RescueVoice notice of the cancellation. Orders can be cancelled by phone to our customer service department, as long as the applicable service has not been already activated by the customer on the RescueVoice web site and the cancelation is within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the applicable service has been activated by the customer on our web site, RescueVoice has a one year commitment, with no prorated refund.
RescueVoice will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
